DO NOT SIGN HERE!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!! I just want to say all the positive reviews come from management doing “giveaways”. To enter to win you have to leave a review and they most likely only pick five star reviews as winners. Management is misleading and manipulative. I was told I could break my lease so I moved and when I inquired about paperwork to make it official they just changed their minds and said I couldn’t…I am now under two leases as a college student paying two rents. They have no sympathy for their residents and are not knowledgeable about tenant rights or Arizona laws. It’s also loud, security sucks and there’s vomit everywhere that never gets cleaned up. I am a college student with a full time job who cannot afford two rents. Canvas is scamming me for everything I have and has caused severe stress. Save yourself the stress and money and live anywhere but here. ...
