Now awful. Now called The Park in Tempe. We got a new awful manager in 12/08. Never there, things never get fixed, roof leaks. You either have heat or ac, you have no control. Raised rents. Cars getting broken into all the time. This place has become a pure dump! I rented from winter '07 through winter '08. ...

#1 They do not rent rooms, but apartments! Now Called The Park in Tempe. New Owners. 480-838-3901. Remodeling apartments and they look great. Pool kept clean as well as grounds. I rented from winter '05 through summer '08.
