Great apartment complex quiet and safe. The management team and Maintenance are responsive and take care of all our needs when we have a complaint. I would recommend this place to all my friends to move to.

BEWARE! For the price we pay, we shouldn't have to worry about things like mold, an unkept property, package theft, frequent water shut-offs, and our messages going unanswered by the management team. These apartments are infested with mold. Every time I put in a work order they close it and say nothing is wrong, and then eventually I have to submit another one because they didn't fix the issue. This has happened with my AC, washing machine, and my toilet. I knew my AC was going out because there was a really loud squeaking sound that would come and go, but they waited until it went out in the summer to actually fix it even though I tried being proactive. When my toilet was overflowing and wouldn't stop overflowing it took a few days for them to come out and fix it. They didn’t fix the washing machine that was super loud until the neighbor made a noise complaint because of it. I could sit here and rant for days about how displeased I am with this apartment community. The most recent water shut-off was for over 24 hours. I am hoping someone from management reaches out to me quickly and gets this resolved. My next step will be to leave more reviews, include pictures, and warn potential future tenants. ...
