The room is really big and I have my own bedroom in a four bedroom apartment. The monthly rent is really cheap in comparison with other apartments complexes, which is about $500. The location is really convenient as there is an Aldi 2 mins walking and a Crimson Bus stop in front of the building ...

I just signed my lease to live here for this upcoming year. I hope this qualifies! BUT I have plenty friends who lives at The Lofts at City Center! I come here all of the time! I've never heard anything about noise complaints. I've never heard anybody complain that they felt unsafe. The staff is very nice and beneficial! I can't wait. ...

My experience at the Lofts were awesome. This is because my unit was spacious and I had my own balcony with a nice view of the town. The amenities was nice as well. My favorite part about the lofts was the pool side with a huge screen tv. The scenery was luxury at the pool side. I also appreciated the staff because they always were nice and also provided fun things we can enter to win prizes towards our rent. ...

It was OK. Nothing to write home about. I have come to like my current place of residence, Ridgecrest South, way more than I liked Lofts. My least favorite part of living there was the actual area it was in - it really had nothing interesting for me.

The location is great but management sucks, mold is everywhere and the ceilings leak really bad. Their are a lot of break in and when I filed a report there was nothing that could be done after because the cameras do not work. I just had to deal with it. They have parties all the time and remate matching is horrible. They also promise money for signing a lease and do not always follow through. ...

I have had really good and really bad experiences at the Lofts. The location is very convenient, but quite unsafe. The staff never seem to reply to emails but I always have effective conversations when I go see the front desk staff in person. Rent-wise, the payment system and price for location are great compared to the surrounding complexes. Maintenance never responds to work orders and usually does not do a good job fixing any issues I may encounter, for instance my friend has called to have his toilet fixed four times in the month he has lived here and yet the toilet still does not work. ...
