So much better than a dorm. Love the space, the house, the open green grass, the pool, gym and clubhouse. You can use the lake to paddle board, float, or just enjoy the view. The community of renters are all students so it really convenient to find things to do in between classes and studying. ...

I liked staying at the cottages. My issue is with the staff and maintenance in which they barely offer any assistance or help and don't take you seriously. There have been multiple occasions in which a roommate's parents had to call the staff in order to get them to help us. I enjoyed my time at the cottages but they need to get better staff. ...

It has been a lovely experience living in the Cottages. It’s nice because I like having my own unit, little house, cottage with my roommates so we don’t have to deal with hearing through the walls that happens in apartments. It’s also nice to live on the lake. ...
