Look somewhere else for your kids! The experience at these apartments was terrible. Dirty ateas, poor conditions of the apartment, appliances didn’t work. You have to make multiple attempts for repairs to happen; for example , the dishwasher was not working and they keep saying that the students were using the wrong dishwasher soap! parents have to be involved for the management to listen to the students. AND AFTER MOVING OUT, they are charging for old or dirty carpets or repairs that should have been done in the first place. TAKE PICTURES! The excuse that they have now is that they have a new management so they don’t have records of ALL THE COMPLAINTS. Unless it is the only place that your kids can live in, be nice to your kids, don’t let them live here ...

The hallways are always dirty. The elevators are often nasty and smell bad. The elevators often don't work. Although they claim it is a gated community, the gates have not been operational this whole year. The room was not clean at move-in time. There had obviously been a pet in the apartment previously. It had chewed the carpet and trim and it had not been repaired. There is constant noise from the parking lot, 15th Street and many times you can hear gunfire from the surrounding neighborhood. ...
