The French Quarters is a nice well-maintained apartment complex to live in for college students. It is not far from campus and is not too far from town either, making it just perfect to get around IV.

I absolutely love it here! The apartment complex is extremely quiet. Management makes sure the apartment is kept, grass cut, and the parking lot was just repaved. Any issues they're taking care of immediately. I actually referred 4 of my friends that currently live here. ...
