The maintenance suck, staff sucks, the parking sucks, the neighbors suck. Overall just a sucky unnecessarily expensive place. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08.

Maintenance is horrible, you have to do everything yourself. It's on a huge hill, ppl shoot during holidays, etc. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08.
