Current Resident

Lenox Gates is situated about 5-10 minutes away from USA. This along with the low costs are about the only positives. Maintenance is almost non-existent. In my unit there were numerous problems that needed attention, but were never addressed. From plumbing issues to an over fire, none of them were addressed. Also insects and bugs are rampant in my unit. During the summer months it was not uncommon to see several roaches a day along with ants and others. Additionally, the overall community is run down and not appealing. The loud neighbors paired with an apparent marijuana smell and the several potholes are just a few things. ...
