Management is terrible and unorganized. The other employees (including maintenance) are great, but this is the worst run company/organization on planet earth. Apartments themselves are solid. The units are relatively spacious and not wildly overpriced and the gyms/basketball court get the job done. The place nearly floods when it rains, but aside from management, this place is fine. ...
