Current Resident

Oh boy where do I begin. Most of my negative views of this place is because of the previous landlord, Lindsay, who was completely unprofessional and unqualified for this job. She left not long after a neighbor supposedly found her cracked out on the property after an incident that involved plants, tomatoes, cucumber, strawberries growing in the back. A new resident moved in and immediately complained about everything she was unsatisfied with including the plants other residents such as myself were growing in the back. It was never an issue prior until this new resident made it so we were stalking her and harassing her outside of her bottom floor, parking lot window. Because she claimed we were harassing her, Lindsay threw every plant item away, even though we were literally just watering our plants near her window. It's unfortunate that bad company attracts bad company and this experience completely ruined it for me. The way Lindsay carried herself and interacted with folks was honestly embarrassing. Luckily, we got new landlord and she seems so much more qualified. Other than the behavior of the residents and landlord, I'm unsatisfied with the tile counter tops in the kitchen, the small cracks in the bathroom floor that permanently have dirt, dust, and mildew caked inside. Not to mention the rusting shower tile and the leaky facet even after putting in maintenance requests. ...
