Do not stay here if you value your health.They know their water heaters are not in compliance and their renovations have not been approved by the city. The only public record of a permit is when it was built in 2017. Do your research!

Don’t do it. Find somewhere else! Parking is horrible. Management and maintenance is horrible. They lie about EVERYTHING. Walk in your apartment without warning m, whenever they want. They pick and choose who needs to follow lease and “community rules”, Random charges showing up on your ledger they will refuse to fix. And when you call them out for landlord fraud they will then non-stop harass, stalk, and terrorize you. Management then involved our neighbors in their unfounded issues against us and asked them to “watch” us so they can evict us and then management frequently checked in with the neighbors for “dirt”. I felt like a prisoner in my own home! Seriously don’t move here! Move in with your parents, get back with your ex, I saw some pretty rad tents online!! Maintenance might “respond” quickly but don’t know what they are doing. When you move out they will charge you with invalid nonsense. Like for keys and remotes you never even got or left sitting on the counter when you vacated! I recommend if you end up renting here...document EVERYTHJNG. Keep evidence of EVERYTHING. Record EVERY interaction with them! ...

I love this apartment complex, it is so centrally located and everyone is very nice. I also love that it is pet friendly, because when I looked at other apartment complexes, they were either not pet friendly or overly expensive for your pet. I would recommend Logan Gateway to anyone if they were looking in Logan. ...

My experience at Logan Gateway has been wonderful. The staff are always very helpful. I moved in with 3 other college students and they were very understanding of our situation. They are very fast at replying with any questions that we might have.
