I have been living at city park for almost 2 moths now and I am loving it so far. the apartments are really nice (I've been enjoying the pool, gym, and volley ball court as well). The staff is super freindly and help with your needs as soon as possible

The day I moved in was a disaster because the apartment they have given me was trashed. My family and I did not want to spend the time cleaning so we demanded another apartment. It took us double the time to move all of my belongings because of this inconvenience. The bathroom also has one switch which is inconvenient when I don't want the fan noise to be on. My space was smaller than I anticipated and it was nothing like the model home. There's also no gate, so it's scary sometimes going outside alone at night. ...

The office people are friendly until you move in. Then they become arrogant, condescending jerks! They do as little to help you as possible. DO NOT sign a renewal early--the rates will go down in the spring significantly. I sent an email with my issues to the parent company and got a phone call--now let's see if it helped.
