We have lived here for 14 years as retirees and the new management is great and the maintenance crew have always been efficient and prompt responding to maintenance issues. It is an older, charming and smaller complex . The location is very convenient for our medical and dental needs, shopping, and we are close to the airport and the Northeast Babtist hospital. The pluses outweigh the negatives! ...

Twelve year resident: we make it our happy home. 1. management and maintenance team very helpful with prompt response to issues. 2. Old vintage charm...like an old home has old building and plumbing issues- expect it. 3. Price has increased..however,that will keep out transient destructive renters who have no respect for any property! 4. If you live here and are a constant unhappy complainer - Move! 5. We are appreciative of the management and maintenance teams hard work to keep this complex running because it is an older vintage complex. ...

Quiet place. Big apartments. They don't have any 1 bedrooms. I rented from spring '08 through spring 10.
