Not only have I lived for more than half the summer with no AC, the very intelligent people are the cause of it. After supposedly repairing the roof, and cutting a wire to my AC Unit they wanted to know if I submitted a work order to have it repaired. My apartment is infested with spiders and huge bugs, that the pest controller has been spraying for since I've moved in. The office staff is very incompotent, and rude. The maintainence workers leave their packages from their snacks and their cigarette butts in your apartment while "fixing repairs". I was also told my fuse box popping and sparking was not an emergency, because it has not yet caused a fire! I rented from fall '08 through fall '09. ...
