The Urban was built in 2020. The apartment was not ready to move in when classes started but they compensated us by giving us a month's rent free. It took this building a few months to get everything done. Although the locks on the doors are still not 100% burglar proof. I rented a 1 bed room studio that was brand new and had a murphy bed. They provided a microwave and a small desk. The staff was very helpful throughout this process, and gave us some great privacy. If you want to be isolated from the other students to concentrate on studying this is the perfect place. ...

I enjoyed it a lot. It was a great and safe location. I also enjoyed the amenities it provided. It provided a pool, workout room, and a roof deck. Also the people were very helpful and extremely nice.
