Very ghetto-tastic. High crime area and some what loud. However LOW RENT!!!! Maintance does decent job but office management isnt very skilled in customer service arena. There is a small gym and pool. Ive stayed here for about a half year and cant wait for my lease to be up. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
