I rented a 2 bedroom unit from April 20q6 until April 2018. I loved the apartment and the private owners and manager of MY unit. The property manager and her son, hired for maintenance, were freaks. Screaming and cusing as they walked around the complex. Things were rarely fixed correctly or timely within the complex. She would call my roommate and me to tell us to go wake up her son because he was late. Anita and Anthony made things unbearable so I moved. I wish they had been ousted and I had stayed. The website shows a major remodeling. 2 story units for the 2 and 3 bedrooms?? I'd love to see it now. It says there's a new board and staff too! I'd move back if that is the case and if I can still afford it! ...

Horrible.. the "HOA president" Roberta Casaus, is the most miserable person I've ever met in my life. She gets off on antagonizing residents, she's extremely immature and terrible at her "job" SO many residents want her out/off the HOA board and nothing has been done. She does not allow it to be a peaceful place of living. ...
