Worst place I have ever leased with. Sheryl, the manager uses bullying, intimidation, and takes advantage of those with economical and personal disadvantaged and don’t know their rights. She charges bogus fees that aren’t written in the lease or agreement generally after the resident has asked for some kind of service or maintenance. She does not comply with state landlord laws and regulations, or housing assistance rules and registrations. She will enter your home with other people when you are not present and will provide no prior notice and completely unannounced.
