Small property. It is located next to the universities. Great for students, free parking. Management is great. Eva cooks for her residents, provides snack and hot beverages. Totally recommend to students.

When I first moved into the apartment complex, the apartment had a mouse problem. The staff however, quickly helped me out by moving me into a newly renovated apartment which was very nice of them. The manager is great and helps with any problem you have in a timely manner. The apartments are not in a fantastic area, however, it is a gated community so I have not felt unsafe. My heat has broken a few times, but maintenance always come to fix the issue within 30 minutes of me calling. The rest of the tenants are great, respectful and I have had no issues with noise. ...
