I lived here for 6 years and I’m finally moving out — here’s what you should know. Management is unresponsive and completely ignores noise complaints, even when police are involved. I’ve dealt with horrible upstairs neighbors who made it impossible to sleep, and management did absolutely nothing. Packages have been stolen multiple times over the years, and to make it worse, the security cameras were fake at one point — no accountability whatsoever. My clothes have also been stolen from the laundry room, which constantly has water leaking on the floor. Fires have even broken out in the building, adding to the overall feeling of being unsafe here. This has been the worst living experience. I’m finally getting out, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away. ...

I'm a former tenant of Chelsea Park my unit was 217 the unit has an infestation of Silverfish!! Infestation of fruitflies!!! Infestation of Wasp, Infestation of SPIDERS! The exterminator that they work with would come and spray the same spray that did nothing, I spent more than hundred dollars myself buying bug spray putting down boric acid, I had to keep vinegar traps for the fruitflies they would collect hundreds of flies but they continue to in the apartment no matter what I used. The pipes are always leaking in the garage the underground parking is so dark from lack of lights, the smell from the trash in the garage smelled so horrible it would also permeate in your car! They control the heat and it bakes you like a biscuit because it's old and needs to be updated in unit 217 the unit itself has moisture throughout the entire unit, they say it's because of the pond in the back, I spent 200 dollars or more on DampRid to help with this but it never really helped. The property manager Monique Noyer is Rude, unprofessional, malicious, lier, scandalous! Monique is the worst person I've ever met in my entire life. That property is rotten. ...
