Once you move in you'll never hear from the property management nor leasing agent again. Elevators only work 30% of the time. Garbage shoots always stuffed to the point you can't hardly open the door to the room that need to go into to use the shoot. Recycling is a joke. The dumpsters are always filled to capacity. No maintenance no cleaning. Move anywhere else. Mice a the homeless have taken up residence here! ...

Zero stars. My cousin lived two years and is being evicted never received a notice that the auto pay didn’t credit no late fees no notice. All of the sudden there’s no late fee nothing n eviction notice is taped on the door. With paying the rent he has the money but it’s the principle of how the companys management deals with the issues with the tenants. ISSUaES: about 15 units open as I write this review…unit 134 been unrented for several months. Raised the rent so high half of the tenants moved out. They don’t respect anyone everything including accommodations, people’s disabilities, minorities of color you name it. Trash receptacles always overfull and trash all over the floor, including for mice (reported) for several days, NO PARKING STICKERS given towing cars out of order. Maintenance and management keep changing n nobody follows any policy’s or is I knowledgeable about the policy’s. YOU GOT A BULLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT SITTING IN EAGEN IN A respectable suburban area that will be infested with mice and roaches if it isn’t already…….PERIODT………??? ...
