My experience is its not the place to move if you want quiet and peaceful living. Especially when they put kids over your head ,running and stomping and jumping all day. You can't work from your home ,you have to go to the library and work cause the noise levels above you are just unbearable. You tell management about the problem nothing gets did,half the time they don't answer the phone or emails. So your stuck in a apartment t you pay for with headaches and frustration,,nit the place to be. ...

The building is very loud everyday. The manger doesn't care about the lease you signed. People smoke cigarettes and weed. Make all kinds of noise.The manger we had before was Excellent, when she left so did the standards of the building. The garage is dirty and nasty ,hall ways are dirty sometimes with dog .Packages are getting stolen and nothing gets did about it. The door bell system hasn't worked in I dint know how long. ...

The building is very dirty and loud. Management does nothing about other tenants disturbing your peace. Packages get stolen ,when you have a luxer box and not being stored properly. Garage is very dirty,doors are left open with rugs. The door bell Inter come has not worked since last year of July. If you order food or anything you have to go down stairs cause your bell doesn't work. No storm windows on windows ,gotta have heat on high to keep apartment warm.No key to garage ,but you pay to put car in garage. ...

I been living at this building for a year. The building is dirty and nasty. It smells like weed and cigarettes. Its very loud. The people who stay above make noise all day. Running and stomping continually there children. Children running and playing in the hall ways.You make complaints nothing gets did about it. People don't put there trash in the compacter, the sit down. Poor management! ...

If you are okay with constant weed smells and arguing/ fighting outside, then this is the place to live. Management does nothing about it, and says she gives lease violations but the same individuals causing a disturbance does it continuously. And this is a multifamily unit building so weed smoking or any smoking for that matter is prohibited but that does not stop them. I'm tired of living here. ...
