I move out on April 1 and they charge me 92$ for that one night and he didn’t have it rent out and I for got some of my pan and when I call them they would not return my call they kept them and they had my phone number that place cause me to be out off so much money stay for away from that place it is not a nice place to live ...

Please don’t move in Nova unless you can’t find a place because they will tell you any thing they will lie to they will tell you that they will get back with you and they don’t my light has been over 100$ and I have lived in MN for over 50 years and live in apartments live in mt airy and my light bill has never been over 100$ but I call the energy commission and he told me to ask them to show me how the got it set up that we have the right to see this and know how we are paying our light bill he told me if they could not provide me with that then take it to the AG please take this to heart because you want like it here sure the apartment is nice but the manager are ???. ...

The staff had my car towed off and then like about it this is the second time they have towed my car and lied to me about how it went down there is no communication in this company fine you another place to move if you can believe me you want be happy

Please don’t rent from nova sp unless you don’t mind the BS that they do at nova sp they lie big time to you it is nothing good about this build look some where else unless you are a pot head or a dirty person don’t like to be clean then this is the place to move in no I would not recommend this place to anybody I will tell everybody to look somewhere else. ...

Very beautiful apartment.. not worth it I promise you’ll regret moving and signing a lease with them. They’re not understanding when you’re late a few days they’ll log you out of the portal and evict you charging you thousands of dollars .. there’s a fire every week ceiling leaks water causing damage and they won’t fix it. New management every week fights every week raids every week this is no place to live save your time and money and move somewhere else ...

Management is never there or hiding in the office. NEVER returns calls or emails. I filed with BBB as they are severely lacking! Trash abandoned in the trash rooms and the hallways. No smoking building with pot smell everywhere.
