The absolute worst apartment complex I have lived in. The office staff does not return phone calls or messages. When you go to the office to discuss an issue with the staff, they act as though they had a wrong number and were not able to call you back. Tenants phone numbers are always listed in their files, so the staff should not have any problems getting the correct number. The apartments are not move in ready. The apartments are filthy and the appliances and cabinets are falling apart. The carpets need to be replaced and are so dirty that they leave your feet black with dirt when you walk bare feet on them. The parking is not assigned so in the evening and night, it is very difficult to get parking near your apartment. The apartments are definately over priced. Every time I see a future tenant getting a tour, I feel like chasing down the golf cart and telling them not to do it! I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
