I lived at Arlington Square for a year in a townhouse style two-bedroom two bathroom, including a room with a bay window. The apartment was beautiful and incredibly located a hop and a skip away from downtown. The demographics are a combination of students, grad students, and young professionals so while it can be rowdy it is never out of control. My window faced the parking lot leading to the Liquid Ginger courtyard and it can definitely be LOUD but if you are going out on weekends too it's not a problem. My bedroom was a nice size, the closet was great, and the bathroom was amazing. If you can afford it, I would totally recommend Arlington Square to anyone looking for downtown housing. ...
