Very mixed. Maintenance is really on top of repairs. Lee and Ella in office are great. BUT Miriam is very rude. I thought I’d have to leave my lease early to care for an ill family member out of state. Lee sent me papers and said turn in if I was vacating early. Well, my family member got better and I decided to stay so I did not turn in the paperwork. I assumed that they realized that meant I wasn’t moving out. I should have communicated better. So suddenly they expect me to move out. Thankfully, they are allowing me to stay, but now they’re saying that I cannot renew my lease. I have paid my rent early every single month. They are literally kicking me out at the end of my lease because my dog scratched paint off the poorly painted door - which I can fix in two seconds - And because when I called them for pest control, they saw crumbs on my counter and my bag of dog food was open. They said I’m not being compliant with pest control. They never came back to check or told me that it was a big deal. They said I passed my apartment inspection, but suddenly I failed because of a scratch door? Theyre just inventing reasons to get rid of me, abd I do not understand why. I emailed the owner as I was instructed and he has not responded. Mariam makes it out like I am this awful tenant for having a scratched door and comes on my counter? Have I mentioned I paid the rent early every single month and am quiet? I’ve literally never been in trouble in my life so to lose my home over so silly reasons? I would have recommended this place until this. Outrageous. I bet they’re going to invent a reason not to give me my security deposit back either. It’s a shame to be treated so poorly when I’ve been a good tenant. ...
