Everything is basically broken. We had mold, and mushrooms. There is water damage. Secondary bathroom barley works and the toilet is “low flow” so basically don’t put anything down it including septic safe single ply toilet paper because it will clog. It’s always hot in that apartment. The “ fixes” that are done are half assed and look awful. And it wake them forever to do anything. The carpets are gross, the kitchen is covered with scratches. And the power will trip if you have the main air conditioner on with anything else in the summer. I do not recommend living here and if you do get everything in writing and make sure that everything is done correctly and in code ...
