About The Standard Apartment

My lease ends in August and I am looking to sublet my apartment which I live in with three other girls. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so you would get your own room and your own bathroom. The apartment is beautiful, brand new, and is in such a nice building. The initial price is $775 with a $100 per month parking spot in a covered garage. The apartment is right next to CSU's campus and is surrounded by other apartment complexes. Great living experience, really close to campus. Was able to meet a lot of cool people in my time here. Unfortunately, it is pretty expensive, and that can be a drag as a college student. I also feel like management has improved over the last couple of years, and the negativity that some people give The Standard is unwarranted, or a really old opnion from when there was different management. Except for the very front office, the common areas a dirty. Packages that were delivered are stacked randomly throughout the office area. Apartments have not been maintained. Bathroom fixtures fall of the walls, doors have holes in them, smoke taint is alive and well even though this is supposed to be a smoke and drug free place. The website pictures are pretty, but that is all. ...
