Lately with new management, suddenly there is mass roach issues. They use to do pest control on regular basis where you hardly see roach. Also, there is poor workers who don't prepare new tenants apartment's door properly. they made the door tight where tenants have to slam the door to close it. mentioned it to manager and still nothing being done. It's not hard to check the doors for smooth closing. Never had this slam door noise problem of closing doors by other tenants until now. these apt are recent move in folks. you can feel the shake from the door closing. I know it's not the tenant's fault as they somehow have to slam the door twice to close it. They aren't doing it on purpose. ...
