I have lived here for 6 years and the leasing office is a revolving door. After Theresa and Larissa left the staff has been less than desirable. The current administrative staff is by far the worst. Rude, unprofessional and do not care about the tenants. Essex Property Management is only invested is taking every dime they can from you. I have tried many different ways of trying to work with the office staff to no avail. They raise the rent the max every time. We had to put together our own community neighborhood watch to help deter the crime. I had to complain for almost three years about an area that flooded every winter that I could not drive through it to get to my parking spot and it is still not fixed. If you notice most good reviews are old and about the maintenance guy Cesar, who is no longer here. So mush more to write but not enough energy or time to rehash the battles I have had with Essex and the office staff. ...
