We lived here for one year. When our lease was up they decided to raise the rent over $200.00 to almost $1900.00. There is only one garbage room for the entire place and it is always over flowing because maintenance never empties the trash, so all of the other renters started to leave their trash on the floor, and since our home was closest to the trash room, we got a nasty letter from mgmnt blaming it all on us - they didnt give any one else this letter. Also stuff breaks and they never fix it. The only thing mgmnt cares about is selling more apartments and not about the current renters. I would ask them for help with something and they never do it. Also, they tried to steal my deposit money by saying that I gave them a $600.00 deposit when we gave them $1,000.00! Parking is a big problem. Unless you want to park at Albertsons across the street and have you car broken into. We would have to get home by 6pm every night and could not go anywhere or you would not get a spot. I couldnt have a life! Our friends car got broken into 3 times within 2 weeks. Our bikes got stolen off our patio. People leave garbage everywhere. Our dryer never worked right, and the oven never baked at the correct temp. Every thing LOOKS nice but is crap that breaks easily. People key other peoples cars all the time - bad. The other rents are not nice people, they all give you dirty looks. This place sucks- i would never live here again even if it was the only place around for hundreds of miles!!!! Also, they only give you reserved paking space regardless of how many rooms you rent, but they will let you rent an extra space for $75.00 per month- they have to be joking! I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...
