DO NOT MOVE HERE – SCAMMERS & SLUM CONDITIONS If you're considering living here, run the other way. This is one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in. The leasing office is not only incompetent but also completely lacks empathy. Instead of helping tenants, they pile on fees, offer no relief, and do the bare minimum to maintain the property. They also run a predatory towing scam, putting up signs after cars are already parked, slapping stickers on vehicles with little to no real notice, and having them towed the next day at the tenant’s expense. No direct warning, just a vague email sent to everyone in the complex. I was forced to pay $300 out of pocket because of their negligence and profit-first mentality. The maintenance is a joke—water leaked from my ceiling for days due to a botched renovation job before they did anything about it. The entire complex looks run-down, with long-term residents hoarding junk outside their units, making the place look trashy. Speaking of trash, workers dump garbage into the main dumpster late at night, leading to disgusting overflow. There are no dishwashers, despite how much they charge, and they nickel-and-dime you for everything. The location is unsafe—there are sketchy people wandering around late at night since it's right next to the wash, and police are constantly in the parking lot dealing with who-knows-what. If that wasn’t enough, the complex also restricts tenants from smoking legally outside, because apparently, they have time to police that but not to handle actual tenant concerns. This complex is a scam—they charge way too much and provide nothing of value in return. Management is awful, maintenance is terrible, and the environment is unsafe. There are far better, safer places to live in Tucson. Avoid this place at all costs. ...
