This place is literally being held up by a bunch of poles in the parking lot. We used to joke that if we hit one the whole complex would fall down on top of our cars, except it wasn't really a joke. Location is great--about as close to campus as you can get. Separate office space off of bedrooms was very nice--my roommate and I never kept eachother up when one of us wanted to stay up on the computer or doing homework. Bedrooms are super tiny. Management always seemed to turn everything over to the owner (Jack,) and he's not a very nice person. Probably because his management sucked and always tossed everything back onto him. Including repairs. I liked the ward, except it encompassed the Stonebridge Condos as well and it always felt like some kind of caste system existed between the Stonbridge (rich) girls and the rest of the ward.

I rented from fall '01 through winter '03.
I paid monthly rent of $250 during fall/winter for a shared room.

the apartments are in crappy shape and they don't do anything to upkeep them. when our dishwasher broke they tried to scotch tape it back together! it didn't work. its really close to campus which is nice but they charge way more than they are worth. the parking lot has pot holes the size of texas and the stairs were pulling away from the wall! the ward is a little weird but they are nice people, just off the wall. the point is: DON"T LIVE THERE!!!

the parking sucks!!! The place really is a hole! Social can be good if your social. Not bad location if you go to byu. The Ward is fantastic!!! I would not recommend this hole for animal!

This place is a hole. I lived here for a year because it was so close to campus. The landlord didn't take care of the place and it is just plain scary. I would never recommend anyone live here if they can help it.
