The property is about one mile from Lake Padden with hiking, biking and equestrian trails, provides easy access to HWY I-5, WWU, food, shopping and the art shops of the Old Fairhaven District. There is extra parking above on the street as well as a small parking space along the driveway. Sorry, no smoking/pets/students/cosigners.
