It is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom split house. Rent is $610/month and the housing deposit is $583. Tenants also pay garbage, electric and 50% of the water bill.

You would be living with two wonderful female roommates who are 22, and 23. One of them just graduated from Western and the other on is just finishing their major. They are organized and likes to make sure the house is clean. They are 420 friendly and have a dog. They have a very chill vibe and are easy to get along with. I’ve had many enjoyable memories with them.

We prefer a female who is 21 years or above who can financially support themselves. We don’t want anymore pets because we already have one. We are looking for someone to respect everyone’s comfort level and space. We do hangout such as watch movies/ tv or cook, but sometimes like to have our alone time.
