The house is available for a year lease starting June 10, 2025 to May 30, 2026. It is a .4 mile walk from the center of the Whitman campus and is in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of trees. Many of the neighbors are Whitman graduates, staff, retirees, etc.... The house is furnished with the essentials (beds, couches, tables, chairs, etc....). It has two bedrooms on the main floor and two in the basement. There is ample storage as well. The price includes internet and water/sewer/garbage.

The house rents for $2000 and includes water/sewer/garbage and internet. Tenants pay the gas and electric, which averaged about $95/month total over the past two years.
