$49 application fee per adult 18 years of age or older for screening including credit and background check. Property does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. One year lease preferred. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use or manufacture in or on the premises. Refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent, minus any non-refundable fees (application fees), plus first month's rent required to move in.
