To schedule a tour, you must submit to a pre-screening phone call or questionnaire. We will be inquiring about your income, credit score, rental history, employment history, and more. Our application fees are $80 per adult - every one in the home above 18 is required to apply.

Screening Requirements: 650+ credit score, 2.5X monthly income, no dangerous criminal history, no pets, no evictions/bankruptcy, and no money owed to previous landlords.

Tenants are required to maintain the landscaping up to the community standard which includes mowing, edging, watering, weeding, and fertilizing.
