everything you need, including a chef's dream kitchen complete with quartz counters, an induction stove, and stainless appliances. The condo offers work from home space, custom closets, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Residents can enjoy beautiful west-facing summer evenings on the patio with a peek-a-boo view of Elliot Bay, the outdoor pool, sauna, and recreation room. A guest parking lot and on-site building manager are available.

HOA: Tenant financially responsible for rekeying of building in case of lost keys. HOA requires at least five days advance notice for move ins.

UTILITIES: Tenant will open their own electricity account. Other utilities included in $75/ person utility fee. Internet is available but tenant will need to have a compatible router / modem through Comcast.

One reserved parking space and porch storage in unit included.
