Single room available in 5 bedroom house. Ideally looking for UW undergrad student. The house is currently occupied by a mix of previous and current student-athletes attending UW and is located in Ravenna. It's about 5 minutes from U village and 10 minutes from campus on a bike. The room is located downstairs in the fully finished basement and shares a bathroom with one other person. The room gets good morning light and stays cool throughout the day. There is ample street parking as the house is located in a quiet residential area.
Move-in will be possible as soon as September.
Rent is $875 before utilities.
