I am looking for a total of 8 people(8 separate bedrooms) to rent my house. It is located near the U-district area. 5-min walk to Safeway, as well as many other restaurants. The house is close to I-5N(Exit 169.) The house is furnished with Refrigerator, 3-bathrooms, a laundry room, and parking.
- $6500 monthly for a group of 8 people. The lease starts on September 1st, 2021.
-1-year lease. Required first-month rent and security deposit when moving in.
-Utility Fee shared with other roommates.
-$6000 security deposit ($750 per person.)
