The Manchester Arms is a 5-story, 60-unit apartment building erected in 1908. The early 20th-century design and classic brick architecture are unmistakable as you walk from the beautiful, secure entryway into the elegant, open lobby. Each unit boasts 10' high ceilings, central heat, and gas-equipped kitchens. Many units have exposed brick, hardwood floors, and the much-desired claw-foot bathtub; several even have bay windows and amazing city views. Each unit in The Manchester Arms is distinctive in its own right, no two units are exactly the same. There are 3 types of floor plans to choose from: the efficiency suite, with shared bath, the studio, and the 1-bedroom.
