✓ 600 credit score is required for at least one tenant. We will consider a lower score if there is nothing in collections and a 100% payment history
✓ No evictions in the last 7 years
✓ No bankruptcies in the last 7 years
✓ No money owed to any utility companies
✓ No money owed to past landlords
✓ Offering a 1-year lease

*Renters insurance is required. If you don’t have renters’ insurance, we offer this service in your tenant portal, which can be paid automatically with your rent.
