This is one of our larger rooms, it's 304 square feet (including bathroom and closet), which means it's actually bigger than those micro-studios out there. The catch is that this is our "Attic Room" meaning the ceiling is very low in part of the room, which makes that space a little harder to use. For this reason, we have the room discounted by about $100.
