Lowest priced UPGRADED  1bd/1ba Plus available at Yugo U district Lothlorien 4730 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105.   Lease transfer at a discounted price!  I am no longer attending UW and need to lease my apartment. 
 
Here's the deal: I have an Academic Year 2023-202 Lease (09/15/2023-08/31/2024) for a Lothlorien 1 bd/1 ba Plus Upgraded unit.  These units are priced at $2079 per month with Lothlorien but I will transfer this unit at $1979 per month if the transfer is completed as noted below before September 15th, 2023.   
 
Here is how it works:
Everything goes through the normal Lothlorien application and approval process but you just have to reference my name. 
You will need to apply online per the Lothlorien application process and reference that you are applying to transfer the lease for Maharaj Unit 314 1bd/1ba plus upgraded. This step is important as without it I will not be able to provide the discounted rate.  Lothlorien will be able to confirm our lease and work with both of us to complete the transfer.  
Once you are approved and accept the terms with Lothlorien to transfer the lease and everything is finalized and confirmed by Lothlorien.  I will immediately make a one time payment directly to Lothlorien into your account of $1200.00 USD as a rent credit into your account which will in effect reduce your rent to $1979 per month.
