The home is located in Kirkland which is a suburb of Seattle. The house is in the middle of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is near all amenities including Totem Lake Mall which has a Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Nordstrom Rack. a movie theatre and many restaurants. The home is also close to the public library. The neighborhood is community oriented. The home includes a deck, patio, living room, den, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and garage space. The living room is empty and I use it to do stretching and yoga videos. You would have your own room and private bath. In addition, you would have access to the entire house with a space in the garage for your car and plenty of space for storage. The room is currently furnished but can easily become unfurnished.

I am looking for a friendly roommate who does not bring processed food into the house. I am a social worker and I work full time at Overlake Hospital. When I am home I would like to have a roommate who's not just someone I share a space with but someone I can genuinely connect with who enjoys good conversation. Of course, we'll respect each other's space, but a friendly and positive home environment is important to me.
