A Studio is within walking distance to the University of Washington and a few blocks away from the University Ave. a main shopping street where you will find all sorts of restaurants, bars, shops...!

It is furnished with a twin bed frame, a desk, and a chair. Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, laundry facilities, ...! There is a fee for wifi access.

Once you have decided to take the lease, you will go through a screen and a Transferring Lease agreement with the landlord. A deposit of 1000 and the last month rent is required to wire to the landlord account before the start of the lease.

If signed before June 1, 2025, a bonus 200 USD will be granted!
