Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living room home that is very roommate friendly and close to CWU on Radio Hill. The house has a large back yard, a garage, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and central ac/heat. Rent for the home is $1,730, split 3 ways, your share will be around $580 and includes water, sewer, electric, garbage, WiFi -eliminating the need to keep track of bills. You will share the house with a college couple and their dog and a 1st-year geology grad student. Being someone who enjoys the outdoors would be a plus.

SCREENING CRITERIA: If approved, will need to submit an application for a background check. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications. There is no application fee.

ANIMALS: Animals are considered on a case-by-case basis and, if accepted, will need to pay a $250 non-refundable animal deposit and $20 animal rent (per month). There is a max of 2 animals allowed. One dog is currently in residence.

MOVE IN COSTS: There is a $800 damage deposit and the first month's rent.

LEASE: The lease will be for 10 months (ending mid-June 2022) with the option to renew for the following year (start date of late September 2022).
