The Manchester Arms is a 5-story, 60-unit apartment building erected in 1908. The vintage-restored early 20th-century design and classic brick architecture are unmistakable as you walk from the beautiful entryway into the elegant, open lobby. Each unit boasts elevated 10' ceilings, central heat, and gas-equipped kitchens. Many units have exposed brick, hardwood floors, and the much-desired claw-foot bathtub.
